The tin industry is in an important window period of transforming mode and adjusting structure

on June 27, the second general meeting and the first Council of the second session of the Tin Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association were held in Shanghai. The main content of this meeting is to review and summarize the work of the first Council, elect the Second Council of the Tin Branch, and adopt the working rules and membership fee management measures of the tin branch. Chen quanxun, President of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Li Gang, President of the tin industry branch and general manager of Yunnan Tin Industry Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and made a report on the work of the Council. The meeting was presided over by Ding Xuequan, vice president of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and executive vice president of Tin Branch

Chen quanxun said in his speech that tin is the traditional advantageous resource of non-ferrous metals in China. The scale of production and sales accounts for about half of the world, ranking first in the world. In 2016, the output and consumption of refined tin in China were 166000 tons and 158000 tons respectively. Finally, the v/a voltage and current were converted into a 4 (2) 0ma standard current output signal that was linearly corresponding to the liquid level pressure of the measured medium (liquid), accounting for 48.8% and 45% of the global total respectively

Chen quanxun analyzed the current industrial operation situation. He said that the overall operation of the tin industry is basically the same as that of the non-ferrous metal industry. The main features are that the production continues to grow, the market environment has improved, the efficiency has been significantly improved, and the investment continues to decline sharply. Production: from January to April, the output of ten non-ferrous metals was 18million tons, an increase of 8.1% year-on-year. Among them, the output of refined tin was 65000 tons, with a year-on-year increase of 9.8%. Market: in the first five months, the average price of major non-ferrous metals increased significantly year-on-year, but the average spot price in April and may increased year-on-year and fell month on month, indicating that the market environment has improved, but it is not stable. In terms of benefits: from January to April, enterprises above Designated Size achieved a main business income of 1854.3 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.4%, and a total profit of 71.2 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 79.9%. Among them, the tin enterprise realized a profit of 55 million yuan, and the industry turned losses into profits. Investment: from January to April, the fixed investment in the non-ferrous metal industry was 133.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 10.8%, an increase of 9.6 percentage points over the same period last year. This is a sharp decline in investment in the whole industry for four consecutive years since 2014

Chen quanxun pointed out that the tin branch was not established for a long time, but it has made good achievements and made due contributions to promoting the healthy development of the industry. For example, through a large number of basic research, it has promoted the listing and trading of tin on the Shanghai Futures Exchange; Through unremitting efforts and persistent suggestions to relevant departments, the 10% export tariff and export quota of refined tin were cancelled; Through communication with relevant enterprises and repeated efforts, the relevant policies of GBF No. 42 on tin concentrate processing trade were implemented

he said that the progress of the tin industry was obvious to all, the achievements of the branch work were hard won, and the industrial operation finally reversed the loss situation. However, the sustainable and healthy development of the tin industry still faces a series of deep-seated problems, such as overcapacity, rising costs, environmental constraints, application expansion and so on. The foundation for the recovery of industrial operation is not yet solid. The branch still has a lot of work to do to safeguard the interests of the industry and promote the development of the industry

Chen quanxun put forward four opinions on the work of the branch:

first, adhere to the quality of service. The basic function and purpose of the association is to do a good job in the "three services", which is also the foundation of the cohesion of the branch. The Secretariat is responsible for the daily work of the branch. Therefore, it is hoped that the Secretariat will always put service awareness first and constantly improve the quality of service enterprises, service industries and service governments. The basic skill of good service is research

only through in-depth research can we grasp the fresh situation of the industry, understand the urgent demands of enterprises, and put forward targeted and persuasive policy suggestions on the basis of analysis and research, so as to become a social organization that the government can trust, enterprises can't live without, and the industry has influence

second, adhere to coordinated development. How to develop under the "new normal" is not only a major issue facing the tin industry, but also a major problem that the all non-ferrous industry must solve. We can no longer unilaterally understand development as scaling up, expanding production capacity, and engaging in construction. On the contrary, transformation and upgrading, improving quality and efficiency, and opening up and cooperation are development at a higher level. For example, coordinate the effective protection and rational development of domestic tin resources; Relying on the "the Belt and Road" strategy, promote international production capacity cooperation and make full use of "two resources and two markets" at home and abroad; Deeply analyze and study the market demand, keep the supply in line with the expected demand, and restrain the blind expansion of smelting capacity; Take advantage of policy opportunities to deal with some "zombie" enterprises, highlight their main business, slim down and keep fit, etc. This requires us to practice our internal skills solidly, steadily promote reform, and build a new pattern of steady and healthy development of the industry with the concept of coordination

third, adhere to the characteristics and advantages. Although the overall scale of the tin industry is small, China's tin industry has prominent characteristics and obvious advantages, and its influence in the world is increasing day by day. China is striving to become a manufacturing power. In this historical process, tin, as an important functional material, plays an indispensable supporting role. Whether it is the "made in China 2025" strategy, the military civilian integration strategy, "Internet +" strategy, or the "13th five year plan" for the development of non-ferrous metal industry, many key projects are inseparable from tin materials and tin products. In particular, the development of intelligent manufacturing has constantly put forward new requirements for the performance, variety and quality of tin materials, creating opportunities for expanding the application of tin in new energy, microelectronics, new chemical industry and other fields at multiple levels and angles. The key is that we should pay close attention to scientific and technological innovation, give full play to the distinctive advantages of tin, and actively adapt to the high-end, diversified and personalized needs of manufacturing powers

fourth, adhere to green development. Since the formal implementation of the new environmental protection law in 2015, environmental protection policies have been stepped up at all levels, and production emission standards have become increasingly stringent. Next year, the environmental protection tax law will be implemented, and the central environmental protection supervision is also increasing, which forces our entity enterprises to pay attention to "golden mountains and silver mountains" and "green waters and green mountains". Up to now, the central supervision team has supervised 16 provinces and held more than 6400 people accountable. Some enterprises that fail to meet the standards have been shut down and reformed within a time limit. Therefore, whether it is to implement the new environmental protection standards or to develop polyurethane new materials based on the above three principles, more than 10 copies of the GB8624 (2) 006 version of the fire-resistant grade C and GB8624 (2) 012 version of the fire-resistant grade B1 test report of the national fire protection building materials quality inspection center of the Fire Department of the Ministry of public security have been obtained one after another. To repay the "historical debts" accumulated due to the rapid development in the past, enterprises should rise to the difficulties, dare to take responsibility, and spare no effort to promote the green Low carbon and circular development

Chen quanxun finally pointed out that the new Council period is an important window period for the transformation and structural adjustment of the tin industry, and it is also a critical period for the initial establishment of a strong non-ferrous metal industry. All directors are of great importance and have a glorious mission. I believe that under the leadership of the new Council, with the strong support of the directors and the hard work of the Secretariat of the Council, the work of the tin branch will surely reach a new level and the development of the tin industry will usher in a better tomorrow

in the report, Li Gang analyzed the current operation and characteristics of China's Tin Industry and the main work of the first Council and Secretariat of the tin branch; The current situation faced by the tin industry is pointed out, and the future work of the branch of the tin industry is put forward. Wang Zhongkui, vice president and Secretary General of the Tin Branch, made a report on the income and expenditure of membership fees of the tin branch in 2016

at the second session of the first Council of the branch, the president, executive vice president, vice president and Secretary General of the Second Council of the tin branch were elected. Ligang continued to take over as president; Ding Xuequan continued to take over as executive vice president; Zhangxiaoning, deputy general manager of Guangxi Huaxi Group Co., Ltd., served as the vice president; Joepickard, chief economist of Minmetals Nonferrous gold ISRI, said: "More rumors indicate that the ban may be more severe. Zhao Yong, the deputy general manager of the company, will continue to take over as vice president; Wang Zhongkui will continue to take over as vice president and secretary general. At the same time, the appointment of the Deputy Secretary General of the tin branch was also held.

shaolinan, deputy director of the water treatment engineering department of the Environmental Protection Institute of Beijing mining and Metallurgy Research Institute, was also invited to interpret the application for pollutant discharge permit and the issuance of technical specifications for the tin smelting industry, and After that, the self weight of the gauge rod contacting the sample will pull the sample downward. Experts and heads of governing units will exchange and discuss environmental protection issues

in the same period, the 2017 (fifth) China tin industry annual meeting, hosted by the tin industry branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, jointly organized by Yunxi holding company, the last phase Institute and Minmetals Nonferrous Metals, and hosted by Beijing Antaike Information Co., Ltd., was held on the 28th. More than 100 representatives from the Council member units of the Tin Branch, relevant enterprises and institutions, industry research institutions, futures investment institutions, etc. attended the meeting. The theme of the conference is clear and targeted, and it will focus on the development trend and business model of the tin industry, and the current situation and development trend of downstream tin consumption
