wazee is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, USA, with annual sales of about $30million as of December 2012. These businesses will be carried out in four operating bases in the western United States

Mr. Carl Rapp, vice president of industrial services of Timken, said, "we will focus on the long-term strategy of constantly expanding our service field. By acquiring wazee, our service ability to existing industrial customers will be strengthened and the market for key motor and generator services will be opened."

the assets acquired by Timken also include H & n electric company acquired by wazee in 2011. The company has also been engaged in the repair, maintenance and large-scale overhaul services of key motors and wind turbines in the Pacific Northwest region
