Wazee is a regional leader in the field of motors, generators, wind power equipment and industrial cranes, providing services to many end markets such as oil and gas, wind power, agriculture, material processing and construction. Wazee's participation in Timken's processing equipment industry will further expand the business scope of Timken's industrial clothing bending tester's main purpose and scope of application
wazee is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, USA, with annual sales of about $30million as of December 2012. This acquisition will further expand Timken's service scope of adjusting the experimental machine level company, and increase diversified businesses such as motor rewinding, generator repair, electrical control, industrial bridge crane and tower engine room maintenance and repair. These businesses will be carried out in four operating bases in the western United States
Mr. Carl Rapp, vice president of industrial services of Timken, said, "we will focus on the long-term strategy of constantly expanding our service field. By acquiring wazee, our service ability to existing industrial customers will be strengthened and the market for key motor and generator services will be opened."

the assets acquired by Timken also include H & n electric company acquired by wazee in 2011. The company has also been engaged in the repair, maintenance and large-scale overhaul services of key motors and wind turbines in the Pacific Northwest region
